Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Insurance Nation website located at www.insurancenation.com, including its webpages, online forms, quote-request tools, customer-service features, communications, and other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Website").

The Website is operated by Insurance Nation ("Insurance Nation," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, submitting information through the Website, requesting an insurance quote, or otherwise using our online services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website.

1. Insurance Nation's Role

Insurance Nation is an insurance agency that assists consumers and businesses in obtaining insurance products and services from insurance companies and other insurance providers.

Insurance Nation works with multiple insurance carriers and may provide information concerning insurance products offered by those carriers. Insurance Nation is not itself the insurer or insurance carrier issuing the insurance policies presented through the Website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Insurance products are issued and underwritten by the applicable insurance carrier and are subject to that carrier's underwriting requirements, eligibility criteria, policy terms, exclusions, limitations, conditions, and applicable law.

The availability of any insurance product or carrier may vary based on factors including your location, eligibility, underwriting information, insurance history, risk characteristics, and applicable law.

Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as a representation that any particular insurance product, coverage, carrier, rate, discount, or policy is available to every person or in every jurisdiction.

2. No Insurance Coverage Is Created by Using the Website

Your use of the Website does not create an insurance policy, binder, contract of insurance, or other insurance coverage.

In particular:

Insurance coverage becomes effective only when it has been properly bound or issued in accordance with the requirements of the applicable insurance carrier and applicable law.

You should not assume that insurance coverage exists or that a requested change has taken effect until you receive appropriate confirmation.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any insurance quote, premium estimate, coverage illustration, comparison, or other pricing information provided through the Website is preliminary unless expressly identified otherwise.

Quotes may change based on information obtained during underwriting or verification, including information relating to driving history, claims history, property characteristics, credit-based insurance information where permitted by law, motor vehicle records, prior insurance, household members, business operations, and other underwriting factors.

A quoted premium is not guaranteed until coverage is formally offered and bound by the applicable insurance carrier.

Insurance Nation does not guarantee that a quote displayed or communicated through the Website will be the final premium charged by the carrier.

4. Insurance Policy Terms Control

The Website may contain summaries, explanations, comparisons, descriptions, or general information concerning insurance products and coverages.

Such information is provided for general informational purposes and does not amend, expand, replace, or supersede the terms of an insurance policy.

The actual insurance policy, declarations page, endorsements, exclusions, conditions, carrier notices, and other policy documents issued by the insurance carrier govern your insurance coverage.

If information appearing on the Website conflicts with an insurance policy or carrier document, the applicable policy or carrier document controls, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing your insurance policy and related documents carefully.

Questions regarding specific coverage should be directed to a licensed insurance professional.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage or Savings

Insurance Nation may compare insurance products or rates from multiple insurance carriers.

However, Insurance Nation does not guarantee:

Insurance availability and pricing depend on carrier underwriting criteria and the information provided by the applicant.

6. Your Responsibility to Provide Accurate Information

When requesting a quote, applying for insurance, servicing a policy, or otherwise providing information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Insurance carriers rely upon information supplied by applicants and insureds when determining eligibility, premiums, coverage, and underwriting decisions.

Incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or omitted information may result in changes to premiums or coverage and, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, may result in denial of coverage, cancellation, nonrenewal, rescission, or denial of a claim.

You are responsible for reviewing application and policy information for accuracy and promptly notifying Insurance Nation or the applicable carrier if information is incorrect or changes.

7. No Professional Advice Through Website Content

Information provided on the Website is intended to provide general information concerning insurance products and services.

Website content is not intended to constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

Insurance recommendations depend upon individual circumstances. You should consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional when advice concerning your particular circumstances is required.

8. Policy Changes, Cancellations, and Other Time-Sensitive Requests

Do not rely solely on the Website, email, voicemail, text message, or an online form for urgent or time-sensitive insurance matters.

Requests to:

are not effective merely because the request has been submitted.

A requested transaction is effective only when processed and confirmed by the applicable carrier or an authorized representative.

If a matter is time-sensitive, contact Insurance Nation directly at 800-223-6980 or contact your insurance carrier using the contact information contained in your policy documents.

9. Claims and Emergencies

The Website is not an emergency service and should not be used to report emergencies.

If you are experiencing an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

Insurance claims are ultimately handled by the insurance carrier responsible for the applicable policy. The Website may provide links or information to assist customers in contacting insurance carriers, but Insurance Nation does not control a carrier's claims decisions, investigation, adjustment, settlement, or payment.

If you need to report a claim, you should contact your insurance carrier using the claims information provided in your insurance policy or through the carrier's official claims service.

Do not rely solely upon a message submitted through the Website to satisfy any policy requirement concerning timely notice of a claim.

10. Third-Party Insurance Carriers and Websites

The Website may contain links to websites, portals, payment systems, claims systems, or other services operated by insurance carriers and other third parties.

These third-party services are provided for convenience.

Insurance Nation does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, transactions, or services.

Your use of a third-party website is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.

References to insurance carriers, products, trademarks, or services on the Website do not imply ownership of those companies or products by Insurance Nation.

11. Payments

Certain insurance payments may be processed directly by an insurance carrier, premium finance company, payment processor, or other third party.

Insurance Nation does not guarantee that submission of a payment will prevent cancellation, reinstate a cancelled policy, or otherwise cause insurance coverage to become effective.

You are responsible for confirming the status of your policy and payment with the applicable carrier when necessary.

The terms of your insurance policy, billing agreement, premium finance agreement, or carrier payment arrangement govern your payment obligations.

12. Electronic Communications

When you use the Website, submit a form, provide an email address, or otherwise communicate with Insurance Nation electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically where permitted by law.

Electronic communications may include responses to inquiries, quote information, policy-related communications, notices, disclosures, and other information relating to products or services you request.

Certain legally required insurance documents or notices may be subject to separate consent or delivery requirements under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.

13. SMS Text Messages

If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from Insurance Nation, you may receive text messages relating to appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, insurance products and services, customer-service communications, and other communications consistent with the consent you provided.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving services from Insurance Nation.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of Insurance Nation's SMS services is also subject to the SMS provisions contained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy

By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Website is primarily intended for individuals located in jurisdictions where Insurance Nation and the applicable insurance professionals and carriers are authorized to provide the relevant insurance products or services.

The availability of the Website does not constitute an offer to sell insurance in a jurisdiction where such offer or sale would be unlawful.

16. Prohibited Uses

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

17. Intellectual Property

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update any portion of the Website at any time.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

INSURANCE NATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE WEBSITE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

INSURANCE NATION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insurance Nation and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Insurance Nation for Insurance Nation's own unlawful conduct to the extent such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.

Please Read This Section Carefully. It Affects Your Legal Rights.

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or claims for injunctive relief relating to intellectual-property rights or unauthorized access to the Website, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

Before initiating arbitration, the complaining party must provide the other party with written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and allow at least thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida and shall be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider pursuant to its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

NO CLASS ACTIONS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
